As an Office Manager, you will:

• Lead scheduling of meetings, events, product demos, and customer discussions for the company
• Collect office mail
• Provide general administrative support to core Acryl Team

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an office manager or equivalent role
• Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
• Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
• Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Must be local to Bay Area and able to commute to Mountain View office at least 1 time per weekThis role is expected to be 20 - 30 hours per week
