Acryl Data's vision is to bring clarity to data through its next-generation multi-cloud metadata management platform. We drive the popular open source project, DataHub in collaboration with LinkedIn and the broader community. Acryl Data also offers DataHub as a SaaS product with additional features.
As the lead Product Designer at Acryl Data, you will be responsible for defining and designing how the DataHub Community and Acryl customers use our product. You'll partner with the founding team and engineers to build best-in-class data discovery, modern data governance and data observability product capabilities. You will leverage design-thinking and product strategy to create engaging experiences and features across the community and customer ecosystem.
If you are passionate about creating a strong design culture, engaging directly with the large DataHub community and customers, designing intuitive and easy-to-use products, and simplifying complexity, we'd love to hear from you!

How we work:
Remote first. We're a fully-distributed company, and our interaction culture is deliberately mixed between meeting culture and written. We're writing heavy because it forces clarity of thought; we have plenty of synchronous time to give space for collaborative ideation.
We're hiring in US GMT-7 through GMT-4 (i.e. Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern) time zones. We offer competitive salary and meaningful equity. Medical, vision and dental coverage for US employees.
At Acryl Data, representation matters – for us to build the best, most inclusive, accessible product for our community members, our work and team must reflect the lived experiences, unique perspectives, and communities around us. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
